Sunshine Lighting Company specializes in maintenance and repair of interior and exterior commercial lighting. Lighting maintenance from Sunshine Lighting Company is available on an as needed basis or as part of a full maintenance and management contract. If you frequently need the services of a lighting company, you may prefer the convenience of the fixed-rate contract.
Based on your lighting maintenance needs, we can service your facility in one of three ways:
- A call, or email, to our service department when maintenance is needed. The service call will then be scheduled to resolve your lighting issues.
- Periodic inspection, suited to your needs, on a time and materials basis. Periodic inspections can range from weekly to quarterly. Any necessary lighting maintenance will be quickly and efficiently performed at that regularly scheduled time.
- Monthly service contract for either 24 months or 36 months for a low, fixed monthly charge, covering your lighting maintenance needs. The full lighting maintenance contract includes fixture cleaning, fluorescent lamps, ballasts, sockets, and the labor to install them.
Regardless of which maintenance plan best meets your needs, on each visit, our uniformed service technician will check in with your management prior to beginning work resolving your lighting needs. Our 12 trucks are fully stocked with a variety of lamps, ballasts, and sockets to immediately take care of our lighting issues.
